These terms cover the MoodMap Telegram bot, website, private profile, public statistics and comparison tools.

What MoodMap provides

MoodMap lets you record button-based mood and stress check-ins, view trends, join anonymous group statistics, compare permitted profiles and manage your own public page. Statistics are informational and may be incomplete or approximate.

Your account and access

Your profile is linked internally to your Telegram ID. Keep one-time codes, additional passwords and private links to yourself. You are responsible for actions performed through an active website session. You may disable website login, reset the password or end the session whenever you wish.

Public sharing

Sharing is optional. If you enable a public profile or comparison by code, anyone who receives the relevant link or code may view the allowed summary. You can turn either permission off later. Other users must respect closed profiles and must not try to identify people from anonymous statistics.

Friends and shared notes

Friend features are voluntary. Respect declined requests and removed friendships. Do not use mood alerts or shared notes to pressure, diagnose, monitor, shame or harass anyone. A mood alert is only a gentle suggestion to check in and is not medical or emergency information.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the bot, automate excessive requests, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, collect other people's data or use MoodMap to harass, deceive or identify participants. Access may be limited when needed to protect users or the service.

Health and emergencies

MoodMap is not medical advice, therapy, crisis support or an emergency service. Do not rely on it for diagnosis or urgent decisions. Contact an appropriate local professional or emergency service when immediate help is needed.

Changes and availability

Features may change as MoodMap develops. Important changes affecting privacy or account access will be reflected in these terms or the privacy policy. The service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.
